Forced by Mum to drink this, cause she said it will help in regulating my problem of a low blood pressure... but I felt so cheated by her after consuming it, then Google-ing cause she don't know the exact mix of the ingredients. It lowers high blood pressure instead!!! =.="| The drink doesn't taste awful, on the other hand, it is quite sweet and unique, but I'm forced to drink the blended-version instead of the common juice-version which makes the overall experience... BAD! I had to drink, chew and swallow it!! ( ((><)) ) I wouldn't mind having to drink it, but I mind having to eat it. And, not like it is going to improve my condition... it might make my condition worse! My mum equated low blood pressure to anaemia, BUT!! please be known that although they have similar symptoms, they are not the same!! ABC stands for Apple, Beetroot and Carrot. The juice is made with 1 big apple (typically the size of a Fuji Apple), 1 medium sized beetroot, and 2 average carrots. It is claimed to be good for constipation, strengthen immune system, good for eyesight, detoxify, good for skin (look more radiant), reducing cholesterol, blood pressure (if you are anemic, consume beet in moderation), cancer cell & cardiovascular disease prevention. Best to consume in the morning with an empty stomach (preferably an hour before breakfast) or in the evening before 5pm. That apart, here are some of the known benefits of the ingredients: Apples are rich in Antioxidants, fibers, minerals and vitamins. Antioxidants prevent damage to our body cells, means they prevent carcinoma. The fiber content helps to regulate bowel movements and it reduces cholesterol. Apples further prevent dementia and over weight. Beetroots are also rich in Antioxidants, important minerals and vitamins which support cardiovascular health (prevents harm to blood cells) and which assist the all over health of a human mind. Some studies have found that beetroot juice has a positive stamina effect, which makes it perfect as pre-workout booster. Carrots are an excellent source of Vitamins and minerals, especially Beta Carotene (Vitamin A). The root improves your eye sight, your skin and your immunity and fights and helps in preventing cancer. I would recommend to try out the juice, I repeat, JUICE, not blended. Cause its claimed benefits are really good! |
