桂花酒酿丸子

Ever since I was introduced to this dessert a year ago, I've been addicted to it since and constantly craves for it \(愛´∀`愛)/ Though it isn't entirely cheap @_@~~ but I try my best to settle my cravings for it at Imperial Treasure 御寶 outlets.

Anyway... here's the recipe for 桂花酒酿丸子:
材料 (1人份量)
糯米粉 約1/4杯 (視想吃的份量而隨意)
暖水 少許
桂花 1 茶匙
酒釀 1 湯匙
冰糖 1 茶匙

煮法
1. 将糯米粉温水揉成面团,然后搓成长细条,再做成一个个糯米小圆子。
2. 放入滾水,煲至浮上面。剩起泡一泡冷水備用(这样吃起来又滑又弹牙。)
3. 再另煲150ml水, 加入桂花、冰糖烧开。 记得要不时搅拌一下,免得烧糊了。
4. 最后加入酒酿,稍搅拌一下就好,不要煮太久了,否则会变酸。

效用
糯米发酵之后含有对人体有益的大量菌类,益气、生津、活血、丰胸、下乳汁,有升散通利之功效。其性甘温,助湿热,所以湿热体质慎用。
